Passavant® RoeFlex Disc Diffuser
The ROEFLEX Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser is a high-efficiency aeration system designed for biological treatment processes in municipal and industrial wastewater applications. Developed under the PASSAVANT brand of Aqseptence Group, ROEFLEX delivers consistent fine bubble distribution, superior oxygen transfer efficiency, and long-term operational stability.
This disc-type diffuser system offers flexible installation, energy-efficient performance, and low maintenance, making it an optimal choice for both new and retrofit aeration systems.

The ROEFLEX Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser is a membrane-based aeration device engineered to generate fine air bubbles for efficient oxygen transfer in biological wastewater treatment processes. It operates by diffusing compressed air through a perforated elastic membrane, producing uniformly distributed fine bubbles that promote optimal contact between air and mixed liquor.
Air enters the diffuser body and is evenly released through precision-engineered slits in the membrane surface. When air is not supplied, the slits remain closed, preventing backflow and clogging. This self-sealing function ensures clean operation during intermittent aeration phases.
ROEFLEX diffusers are installed on fixed or removable grid systems, submerged at the base of aeration tanks. The flexible design accommodates both continuous and intermittent aeration modes and is suitable for retrofitting existing tanks or integrating into new treatment facilities.
By ensuring high oxygen transfer efficiency and maintaining low energy consumption, ROEFLEX enhances biological treatment performance while reducing operational costs.
